Basement Waterproofing Company in PA

This company was in the process of consolidating two offices into one and moving to a new location. They had telecom services on several accounts with four different service providers. They needed a company to help them manage the move of services so they could continue to focus on servicing their customers.

NCG worked with this company to create a list of existing phone numbers, services and related accounts. Through this process it was discovered that there were services that were not being used for which the customer was being charged. NCG acted on the behalf of the customer to get these services canceled and to have billed amounts credited back. Next, we took the lists and used them as a guide to establish a timeline of what needed to occur and when to make their move to the new building a success. First, the two locations were combining so some services at one building needed to be canceled, some needed to be transferred to the second building and some needed to stay at the old building to allow for limited communication for dispatchers.

The next step was to deliver new service to the new location. Again, some existing services were to be moved to this new location, but they still needed to be able to do some work from the existing location so there were phone lines left active there as well. NCG worked with the client's phone system vendor to make sure all services were ready in time and installed correctly.
During this step in the process we discovered at least 16 different Verizon accounts, each with their own statement. These accounts had to be documented and all billing addresses and ring to numbers had to be changed. Once this was completed, the accounts were moved one at a time to a new carrier to help minimize expense and as a method for combining the statements to limit the number of checks that had to be written and tracked each month.

Once this client's move was complete, all remaining services at the other two buildings had to be moved or canceled. NCG coordinated all of this so again, the client could focus on servicing their customers and on bringing revenue in to grow their business. They are now settled into their new location and they have onnly three monthly communications statements instead of over twenty and at a cost savings of over 30%.

Software Development Company moving to PA

This client was planning to move their offices from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. NCG met with this client regarding moving their phone and internet services and found there was also a need to move the phone system to their new location which was currently under construction.
NCG brought in a technician to handle the phone system move as well as some minor reprogramming and training. Because this was new construction and flexibility was necessary, we recommended that the client move their service with their current service provider and make a switch once they moved to allow for additional cost savings. Since this would also be a move from one state to another, new services would have to be added and existing services would need to be modified to allow for forwarding. Once the proposal was accepted, NCG placed all the necessary orders for service and completed a site survey along with the cabling contractor to make sure all bases were covered.
On moveing day all services were in place and an order was submitted by NCG to transfer calls to the new location. Once the service was up and running, the second set of orders to transfer to a new carrier were placed and within a couple weeks the customer had moved and they were saving 20% on their monthly phone and internet service.
